Job Description Assistant Admin / Course Registrar / Security Specialist; Will provide will provide Full Spectrum Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Level C Instruction and instructional support services at Fort Novocel, AL in the SERE Mission/Administrative Support Section.
In addition to the primary training mission related to the design, development, and delivery of SERE instruction to students, the Contractor will provide mission support and administrative services necessary to ensure daily operational, administrative support and execution of SERE training.
Mission Support activities and facilitate the ongoing support of required U.
S.
Army SERE School functions regardless of number of scheduled SERE classes in session.
How an Assistant Admin / Course Registrar / Security Specialist will make a difference:
Provide liaison services between U.
S.
Army units (Active Duty, Reserve and Guard), other DOD service branches, and Federal Government agencies.
Perform course registration and administration tasks, to include (but not limited to):
Conduct in-/out-processing activities of students.
Provide internal management of scheduled student class loads.
Ensure course information in ATRRS is accurate and up-to-date.
Perform administrative functions associated with student registration and accounting.
Prepare and maintain class rosters.
Assemble student registration packages.
Maintain/Update student elimination/graduation matrix; and, Ensure Contractor personnel comply with Government annual training requirements.
Submit status of all areas of responsibility in a weekly report.
Provide course administrator support which includes general office management and administrative support functions necessary to support various U.
S.
Army SERE School clerical requirements.
General office management (e.
g.
, answers phones, correspondence preparation, updates and maintains staff calendars); Provide clerical and administrative support related to the review and edit of internal and external correspondence ensuring format is compliant with local policies and guidance.
Maintain and update as required the SERE School SOP and continuity binders.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
Must be U.
S citizen.
HS/GED and 3 years' experience, an associate degree in any field is preferred.
Must have a minimum of a SECRET clearance.
Be cognizant of, and in compliance with, the latest POI as well as DoD and Army-level Personnel Recovery and SERE training administrative guidance and doctrine.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
